House Rules

1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
• Please respect these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation

2. Cleanliness & Organization

• Keep the flat tidy and clean during your stay
• Wash the dishes after use
• Take out the trash regularly and dispose of it in the designated bins
• If staying longer than 7 days, please wash and dry towels and bed linen

3. Noise & Consideration

• Avoid loud noise after 10:00 PM
• No loud music or shouting in the apartment or communal areas
• Be respectful of neighbors and other guests

4. No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat
• If the flat has a balcony, you may use it responsibly—dispose of cigarette butts properly

5. Visitors, Parties & Conduct

• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited
• Illegal activities are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances
• Visitors must be pre-approved and are not allowed to stay overnight without permission

6. Safety & Responsibility

• Turn off all heaters when leaving the flat
• Turn off the living room heater before going to sleep
• Lock all doors and windows when you go out
• Do not unplug essential appliances (e.g., fridge, intercom)
• Report any damage or issues immediately

7. Building Rules

• Follow all building regulations and be mindful of shared areas
• Do not block hallways or stairwells with personal items

8. Other

• Do not remove any items from the flat (towels, kitchenware, etc.)
